Once you sign-up you will have access to the  Dashboard page

Click on ‘Day 1’ to access the activities for the day

Explore the activities presented on the page. Each activity will fit into 1 of 5 categories:

  • Information you read
  • Reflections you write
  • Meditation exercises you listen to
  • Videos you watch
  • Activities you engage in

Complete each activity, in any order that you like. Once completed, click the ‘completed’ button at the bottom of the page.

Once all the day’s activities are completed, you will gain access to the next day on the Dashboard. For best results, we encourage you not to jump ahead and complete more than one day in a 24-hour period. Steady growth takes time.

Proceed through the 25-day program. You will have 30 days to complete the 25-day program, starting after the completion of the first activity. After 30 days you will be logged out of the system. Upon completing the program, you will receive a certificate and a summary of your content that you can access beyond the 30 days.
